Coral Street Remedial Works

The Coral Street project unfolded in three stages, each bringing its own set of challenges. This large-scale remedial project consisted of re-waterproofing unit sliding doors, upgrading bathrooms, and enhancing fire safety throughout the property. We also replaced the combustible external wall cladding and transformed the rooftop into a vibrant recreational space.

The site is a dynamic mix of residential units and hotel accommodations, adding an extra layer of complexity to the project. Our Project Management team kept things running smoothly, coordinating seamlessly with hotel management and residents alike.
