Coral Street Cladding

The Coral Street project unfolded in three stages, each bringing its own set of challenges. This large-scale remedial project consisted of re-waterproofing unit sliding doors, upgrading bathrooms, and enhancing fire safety throughout the property. We also replaced the combustible external wall cladding and transformed the rooftop into a vibrant recreational space.

Our teams have extensive experience working on existing buildings with tenants in situ, we know the challenges and risks this can present, and work closely with the superintendent and owners to  minimise the extent of disruption from building works. Our Site Management team did an amazing to ensure the works were completed to a high standard and the Owners and Hotel occupants were happy with the process.
